An Eye for Property

With an eye for property and a passion for real estate, I understand what makes a house a home. Having lived in London for 17 years, I have a deep knowledge and love of the city.

After graduating from King’s College London with a master’s degree in International Marketing, I first worked as a digital marketer. During that time, I noticed a gap in the market for a new age, young, boutique property buying consultancy, which inspired me to set up Iyad Grahne LTD. 

Ultimately, the mission of my consultancy is to ensure that my clients purchase the best possible home at the right price. There are an endless amount of properties on the market and agents have a habit of bombarding buyers with every property that fits their price range, irrespective of if it fits their needs or not. My clients only get access to the best options that fit their requirements, allowing for a much more efficient search. More importantly, the home they purchase is one they truly love and will be easier to sell on in the future should circumstances change. 

Part of sourcing great homes for my clients is establishing trust, something I place utmost importance to. I have my client’s best interests at heart, putting all my effort into finding the perfect home for them at the right price.
